Our Team

      Linda Lu, Founding Partner

      With over 20 years of successful executive search and human resources experience in Hong Kong and Mainland China, Linda founded First Calibre in 2013. 

      Her focus is predominantly Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Global Markets (FICC, Cash Equity, Equity Derivatives), Wealth Management, Quant, Research, Asset Management, Investment, Fund Raising and, etc. 

      Previously she worked at many top global executive search firms, such as Whitney Correlate, Omerta Group and Capital Access. Linda started her career with HSBC where she was a HR Business Partner, dedicated in hiring and talent management. 

      Linda holds a BA in Marketing from the Dong Hua University, Shanghai, China. She speaks native Mandarin, fluent in English and Cantonese.

      Junwei, Partner


      Junwei has over 20 years of working experience in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Melbourne. Previously in legal industry, Junwei specialised in merger & acquisitions, private equity, compliance, employment disputes and commercial real estate. She is now specialising in cross border wealth planning and management. 


      She had worked with US, UK, Australian and Chines law firms and has deep knowledge in different cultures of law firms. 


      Junwei holds a JD from Monash University, a LLM in corporate law from Melbourne University and a LLB in economic law from Jilin University. She speaks native Mandarin and English.
