Job Description
- Develop new products, with a focus on both public and private fund offerings, particularly structured private fund products; 
- Ensure a thorough understanding of the product structure and establishment process for private and public funds, including structured products; 
- Facilitate seamless integration and coordination of upstream and downstream processes related to asset management products, ensuring smooth operational workflows; 
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify market needs and translate them into innovative product solutions; 
- Provide ongoing support for existing products, including monitoring product performance, addressing client queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; 
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, and contribute ideas for product enhancements or new product development; 
- Prepare product documentation, including Explanatory Memorandum, term sheets, and other relevant materials; 
- Participate in other ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; 
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product development, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry; 
- Strong understanding of public and private fund products, particularly structured private fund products, including their structures, establishment processes, and regulatory requirements; 
- Familiarity with the entire lifecycle of asset management products, from conception to launch and ongoing management; 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically;
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work; 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin); 
- Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments in Hong Kong and other relevant jurisdictions is a plus.
