Job Description

Oversee the promotion in domestic channels, with a core focus on expanding and strengthening domestic branches, business departments, and third-party sales channels;

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners within the company’s mainland branches and third-party channels to drive sales growth and improve market penetration;

Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of different channels;

Provide training and support to sales teams across branches and third-party channels to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge;

Monitor and analyze channel performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing targeted initiatives;

Collaborate with internal departments to align channel strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution;

Lead or participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;

At least 8 years of relevant experience in channel sales, marketing, or business development within the financial industry;

Proven track record in managing and optimizing sales channels, with a strong understanding of domestic financial markets and distribution networks;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset;

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
