Job Description
- Develop and expand institutional client base within the domestic market, with a focus on promoting cross-border dedicated account services and institutional client promotion for public mutual funds; 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients to secure new mandates or additional investments into existing products; 
- Promote the company's brand and services through effective communication and engagement with major institutional clients; 
- Customize investment solutions to meet the specific needs of prospective clients and existing clients; 
- Contribute ideas for new products or services that are suitable for the target market; 
- Lead or participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned. 
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant experience in institutional or channel sales within the asset management industry; 
- Proven experience in handling the investment needs of sophisticated institutional clients at a senior level; 
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and innovative thinking; 
- Accurate, articulate, presentable, and proactive in approach; 
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
