- Support the wider ECM team and align overall strategy and workplace conduct;

- Overseeing the maintenance of credentials and databases;

- Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to devise creative solutions to problems;
- Consistency in the ability to work independently and proactively to achieve results;
- Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills;
- Diligent, eager to learn, with high degree of integrity;
- Prior Investment Banking / ECM experience in the Asia region a plus;
- Strong grasp of the English language, with the ability to read, write and speak Business Mandarin a strong plus.
