- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments;
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports;
- Attend business meetings as needed and provide minute-taking, report writing and translating;
- Arrange travel logistics and accommodations, including itineraries and transportation;
- Translate documents and communications as required;
- Handle incoming communications, with professionalism and discretion;
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items;
- Support planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and seminars;
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Preferably master’s degree in business management or finance related discipline;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting key business decision maker;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment;
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential;
- Ability to travel frequently as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives;
- Native Mandarin speaker with high English fluency;
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools;
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability;
- Overseas working experience.
