Job Description

Manage and maintain executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments;

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports;

Attend business meetings as needed and provide minute-taking, report writing and translating;

Arrange travel logistics and accommodations, including itineraries and transportation;

Translate documents and communications as required;

Handle incoming communications, with professionalism and discretion;

Assist with project management and follow-up on action items;

Support planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and seminars;

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

Requirements and Qualifications

Preferably masters degree in business management or finance related discipline;

Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting key business decision maker;

Exceptional organizational and time management skills;

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools;

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment;

Discretion and confidentiality are essential;

Ability to travel frequently as required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience supporting C-suite executives;

-   Native Mandarin speaker with high English fluency;

-   Knowledge of industry-specific software or tools;

-   Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability;

-   Overseas working experience.
